I surprised my brother and his wife after their ceremony. Thank goodness Tom arrived early because service ended much earlier than i thought. Tom had the red carpet out for them.One tiny disappointment was he charges $20 extra to decorate the limo with white flowers. There were about 4 or 6 on each window, that's it. The flowers weren't needed, because the limo was beautiful just as it was. Will definitely use this company again. read less

One responded next day but price was off the charts, the other two over the next couple of days. I found the response time a little unnerving... this was a quote for transportation to and from a wedding located about 1 1/2 hours away, on a Friday, during rush hour... I did not have a good feeling.Out of frustration I took to searching again and I'm not sure how I missed them first time but, I found Affordable Limo out of Hoffman Estates. I contacted them 10/09 via email at around 5:30PM for a quote for four passengers to and from the event. Within twenty minutes Tomasz from the limo company responded with the quote. Not only was the response time amazing but, the price plus gratuity quoted was truly... "Affordable."Not only was Tomasz timely the day of the wedding but, very, very accommodating... between the day I scheduled the limo and, the day of pick-up, we had several changes come up which he handled in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.Lastly, the morning after the wedding one of the passengers couldn't find their cell and thought it might be in the limo. I called Tomasz, he answered, said he would look in the car and get back to me... Half hour later my doorbell rings! It was Tomasz, standing there in the rain with the phone... now that's service above and beyond!Easy to reach, easy to work with... I highly recommend Tomasz and Affordable Limo... he took a lot of stress off the parents and Family of the Groom :0) read less

Confirmation came the day of travel, and we were politely informed that our driver was patiently waiting out front about 20 minutes before our departure time. The driver was professional, attentive, and extremely respectful. After we had been at the airport for 30 minutes I received a follow up text asking if their service had been as expected. Of course it had been, and I asked if I could set up my return trip via text later. This also went smoothly as I texted from the Mexico City airport just before taking off and got instant confirmation that they would be waiting upon our arrival. And they were. All in all I can't imagine a better limo company. Great service and a quoted price that included tip. read less
